The run has a lot of mistakes and poor lines, and the route has a lot of room for optimisation. First thing I would do would be to cut the shotgun parts. The lab lickers can be dealt with using the standard shotgun, but it is riskier so I went for the upgrade for safety. It may even be possible to cut the shotgun completely and deal with the lickers using the magnum, problem is if you miss one shot it's probably GG.

If I get another clean run and cut the shotgun upgrade I could knock the time down to around 50:30, a better runner could likely get sub 50.
