I've been comparing footage from the WR side by side with my own runs and it seems like the steam version of the game runs very slow in comparison. I've almost mirrored the movement route used by the WR holder and still by the indiana jones screen he's already a screen ahead of me.

What version of the game should I be playing and can I get a link to that version please?

I played both steam and Playism versions. I don't know if there's any other version, but the 2 I played are definitely slower. Comparing my runs to WR run, the version he used is about 6% faster...

Ok so I was able to figure out the frame rate of both games using steams fps counter and MSI afterburner and from what I gathered

Playism- 53 fps at the beginning of a level but stays at a constant 59 fps throughout the level

Steam- the framerate for the a level will always be around 59-60 regardless of entering a level but getting hit by a enemy can bring you down to around 53 also there is very weird moments like when I start out the loading zone it could be 20 fps but the loading zone is not counted anyway

Mobile- Mobile heavily depends on what recording software you use. If your recording software is 30 fps the game will be recorded at 30 fps but if higher then the recording software will be higher.

If the water level is super hard to execute for you I might recommend playing Playism but other than that I would use steam or mobile.

Having a good 60 fps recording software is pivotal though not just for mobile.
