If you're experiencing slowdowns/frameloss

You can disable vsync in documents/criteriongames/mw12/config and changing vsync interval from 1 to 0 then saving the document, also if you use an amd card you can enable Radeon-anti lag helps with minimizing the latency don't know in there is a similar option on nvidia/intel gpu's.
