Runs will now be retimed before verified

All runs from now on will be retimed by myself before they are verified. This is because the game is so short and every millisecond counts. To make everything fair, with the help of Xcvazer we have retimed every run to make sure they are perfectly timed, so if the leaderboard changes a little then don't be surprised!

The rules have been changed to start timing when you first move your character from the starting position on the floor. This has been done to prevent the need to ALT+F4 every time you die
