When did you submit it ? Hollow Knight has seen a big rise in popularity recently and your runs can take between 3 days and a week to be verified, depending on the number of qualified people available. Be patient, they'll come back to you :)

as vlad said. you'll know if your run wasn't verified because it was rejected because there will be a notification for that as well.
