THIS IS ONLY ALLOWED FOR ILs AND PRACTICE NOT FOR RUNS This permanently unlocks the GUN menu (just renamed to "Debug") and a CHEATS menu (which has all kinds of stuff in it). Extract the files inside the folder and put them in in the DATA folder where your game folder is located. Make a copy of the original files before overwriting them because otherwise you will need a fresh install.
