Emulator: VisualBoyAdvance 1.8.0

Experimenting with other emus to troubleshoot some FPS issues while running w/OBS; nothing conclusive yet. Consistency is tough with this track. I have the route down, but needs work to get three clean laps in a row without wall bounces.
