I will track SMS and Game Gear runs separately. Grand Prix mode uses RTA timing. Arcade mode uses IGT but I believe it is bugged similarly to Super Hang-On. I will investigate this then update as I go.

For Arcade mode the turbo is default mapped to UP. This is absolutely ridiculous and makes the game unplayable. So you can remap your turbo button to a face button.
