im getting into ff7 speedrunning but the problem is with the platforms for snes gams there would be the snes classic but ff7 is on a device called ps1 classic which is a flop kinda... would that just be in the psx digital or does it not count

PS1 Classic uses the open source emulator PCSX and is very slighly slower than the PC emulator required for digital (from short testing).

The decision isn't final yet since this particular situation hasn't come up but If the run is to be accepted then it will fall under the digital category.

Probably won't find a reason not to include it.
