The only run on the 100% board doesn't get all the hydrants. The rules says there's 9 but there's 10.

-Inside the dog's room with the map in the circus -On main street -Below the Costume Shop -Cardboard cutout in the Junkyard -Outside of S-Corp headquarters -The robot in the S-Corp lbby -The shrubbery on the road west of the circus -The sapling to the right of the one-eyed bandit -The garden gnome in front of the broken down trailer -The cactus next to the junkyard.

I watched the run and the dog never peed on the sapling.

I'll probably end up applying for mod since @ZantePrayer has been inactive for about 5 months. But yeah, there needs to be a rule change and the run should be taken down

I ran out of time to work on it this weekend, so I submitted a run at all. I can do way better, but maybe having a run in the queue will help if you decide to apply for mod.
