Flare, Tac isn't the type of guy to make something all about him, and his ping. I'm not sure where you're coming from with that, and the axe idea.

Sorry, would you mind telling me when I had ever changed anything to my advantage when I was mod, flare? The only thing I changed was retiming all DE runs... Why would I ever make it unfair lol
Also, I obviously wouldn't re-allow leaps/ban leaps without consulting the other mods (maxi, quantum for now I guess)... I only suggested that in the skype chat as a SUGGESTION
