Heya DC2 runners. 
I am very happy to announce the following news.
After several tests, me and WolfDNC have decided to approve DuckStation as new emualtor for DC2 speedrunning.
Its peculiarity is that regardless by configuration hardware... times are identical thanks to the accurated emulation.
No extra configuration is not required to run it (literaly), basically... download the emu, put the bios files and play. 
So... starting from now on, there will be two categories:

- "Emulator" dedicated only for DuckStation.
- "Emulator (Legacy)" for current hosted runs performed on PSXJin and BizHawk. 

Rules for "Emulator": 

- In Display Settings, make sure Show OSD Messages, Show Game Frame Rate and Show Emulation Speed are enabled. It is for run validation purposes.

- In Console Settings, make sure CPU Clock Speed Control and Read Speedup are disabled. These two options break emulation.

- In Emulation Settings, make sure Emulation Speed is set to 100% and Runahead is disabled. Runahead works around input lag by running frames ahead of time and backtracking on input.

- In Enhancement Settings, make sure Force NTSC Timings (60hz-on-PAL) is disabled. PAL speed cannot be changed.

Note: showing RTA timer is mandatory for both categories. this latter will be replaced with IGT timer when related autosplitter will be available.

I forgot to precise another thing. Both emu categories will be ruled by IGT according on what was discussed days ago.

There is a little modification to rules. Showing version is not necessary.
