Hello there, I submitted a speed run that I thought was in full screen when sending it in. I streamed it and played in fullscreen. Is there any way I can get it re looked at upon fixing the ratio. I only stream in Fullscreen and it was my editor. If so please let me know!!

I can answer this one, not only is it not in full screen but since you have recorded it in 480p its impossible to even make out the survivors names both in lobby and the game, The Full screen rule has been there since day one and if you can fix it and make the quality better there maybe a chance its fine.

My question is though, you say it was full screen but to edit a video, removing it out of full screen requires changes a normal edit shouldn't need. What editor was you using
