I'm playing on PC but the Steam internal FPS Counter doesn't show up. I have tried downloading an external FPS Counter (such as Bandicam) but to no avail, unfortunately. Is there any FPS Counter you could recommend?

I assume you are using Game Capture in OBS? This is a pretty common issue that comes up when trying to get the Steam FPS counter to show.

Make sure this box is checked in the game window's properties in OBS:

I was using window capture because I also had problems setting up as a game capture

FRAPS is the best external one.

RivaTuner (w/ AfterBurner) is a better external one, it has the most customization available.

Fraps is best for being lightweight and if you just want to go "here's my FPS counter".
