I initially wanted to do Old Wounds on Veteran but.... that chapter is fucking garbage in all aspects. Anyway, this went WAY better during practice, this run was a disaster and I have no clue why considering I literally did it the same way, or tried to, atleast. Still, it's 13 seconds off the Any% WR so it's not that bad. I doubt it's possible considering how everything including I.E.Ds and enemies are like quadrupled on Veteran, the last part of the level being proof to that.
