Alternatively, does anyone have a recommendation for a screen recorded with sound I can use on Mac for free? Or at least one with a reasonable free trial. Thanks in advance :)

If you download Quicktime player for your Mac (it may already be pre-installed), that has a built in capture system. Nothing fancy but it'll do the job!
