Hey, i'm thinking about something. Where do you guys think we should start/end the timer on Dawnport/Rookgaard? For the time being, we start immediately when you log into your character and we end it immediately when we hit level 8. Should we start/end somewhere elso?

Like, should we end when we hit mainland or when we hit level 8 is good enough?

Should we start Dawnport when we leave the cave?

Should we start Rookgaard when we say "Yes" to Inigo a second time, so the run is 100% about Rookgaard?

I want to know what you guys think!

I guess dawnport is fine how it is know, rook can start when we get to the temple after saying yes to Inigo i think XD

So we had a quick discussion about this on Discord, or rather, me and Darilack did, this is what I said there, just posting it here for prosperity mostly.

I think with Dawnport, the timing of logging in vs using the ladder is such a minor thing that its fine as it is. However if the Rookgaard one changes so its when you say Yes to Inigo, the Dawnport one should change along with it, just so you're already in the game for both of them, for consistency

Ending when you get level 8, vs ending going to main will change the run quite a bit, as you'd have to route what caves and stuff you finish in to get to the oracle/boat, compared to at the moment you can just go for what gives the best exp/h - so we'd probably have to replace the category entirely, or have another one along side it
