this run abuses teleportation glitches to achieve a time under 30 seconds, there are 2 in this run.

1. at the very beginning of the run i move to right for 2 frames, let go of the right button, and then press the spacebar twice in rapid succession causing the player to sink into the floor and be launched out as a result, not having anywhere to put the player it just teleports it about a screen length above where it already was.

2. at the very end of the run i move left for a short time before pressing space twice again, but slower - this for some reason causes the player to be teleported to the right instead of upwards.
