Any yall know if skill points affect performance during practice laps? I'm lvl 7 and messed up and don't want to restart career or grind for xp just to do lvl runs. Either I messed up or I just suck. I'm lvl 7 and opponents are all higher lvl than me and I cant win any races. Is it normal for opponent drivers to be 5 levels higher than yourself?

Yes it is. If you are in Career Mode and you are doing your season. Then, your opponents are going to be higher then you are. And, that also goes for Challenge Mode also. But, if you just want to practice laps and do all of that. That is fine. But, if you want to unlock all the Tracks and Cars. You would need to play though Career/Season Mode and get to the end. That is the way you can do that. And, you can skip the 3rd and Final Challenge for each of the Challenges in the Challenge List. That might help as well.

Started using manual in career mode. Now I smokith them all. Auto trans in this game is borderline bugged.
