I think a mod should request for the game to be added to the Alex Kidd Series page at https://www.speedrun.com/alex_kidd for more visibility. It deserves to be on there.

You just have to go here: https://www.speedrun.com/knowledgebase/supporthub/game-adjustment and select "Game & Series Request", "Request Adjustment To Current Game" then "To Be Part Of A Series. FYI @Strackel @PKT_Distinct
