Add Treasure%
The goal is to collect every treasure, this can be done in a preexisting savefile, a treasure is counted as collected right after the treasure collection animation ends, you may leave the level after collecting the treasure, the run ends on the last frame of the last treasure collection animation.
Tweaks to NG+ and All Pumpkins timing
Due to NG+ and All Pumpkins not requiring the use of a fresh save file, these categories have used Real Time since the file's save timer would already be halfway. We're going with a slightly better approach for each of these categories:
