Tool: OAR Helper Tool (Instant-Hacking Device)

Since people started using autoclickers in the hacking tool, we noticed that it made the hack-lengths un-even, making it unfair for some people.
- To counter that inequality, we made a community-tool called the OAR Helper Tool (made by @XeventoHD)
- The Hacking-Tool bind makes the hack instant, we encourages you to goof around with it to understand how it works, but basically you should not hit any other keys at the same time.
