Changes to crouching leading to separation to a new subcategory

byDue to the nerfs to crouch tech in v0.1.19, we're going to separate runs that used crouch tech that is not replicable in v0.1.19 and further into it's own subcategory. Runs that use crouch in a way that is replicable in new patches will not be affected (most runs).
This means that if your run uses shallow/deep chopping, dascing, or another crouch tech to gain or maintain speeds higher than 40m/s for any period of time, it will be categorized under the p14-0.1.19 - pre-nerf crouch global subcategory.
New category: Bloodless%
We have added a new category, bloodless%, that requires you to not gain any blood during the run. In levels like Sandbox and Doom Chapel, it is minimum blood%.
