I wanna say I'm surprised nobody else plays Countdown 00 Agent, but I'm not. My previous attempt was from November of 2015, so it's about time I came around and updated it a little bit.

The largest possible time saves are a better Rook fight in Section 1 (the mines didn't kill him because I used them too late), Better gameplay/less time spent killing enemies in section 2, and a faster silo skip. Section 3 was fine, though. I'm certain sub 3 is possible.
