Basically you do a raid or dungeon only using weapons that can be acquired from that raid or dungeon you're doing (Exotics/Quest weapons are allowed sice they require playing the raid/dungeon to obtain).
Everything is allowed but you'll need to have the activity weapons equiped during the encounters. (I think in transitions you're allowed to switch weapons bc otherwise it would suck to play AND watch)

Niche categories like this have a track record of not having good engagement, right now having people submit and run more raids to begin with is a higher priority.
