Deterministic patch: Screen-scrolling tweener is bound to 31fps frame timing instead of inconsistent system timing, so spike glitch is consistent and the camera isn't jerky. @ReniSR No, but there was briefly. It wasn't used very much and it isn't really needed. Maybe it could be a part of Slither.io's since the games are similar.

Only cities that me or Pac added a flag for are on here. On the feedback form I suggested ditching city flags since most don't look good and aren't very recognizable, so it would display the state/province flag instead.
