In the rules it says that the timer starts when the black square is visible. does this mean when the black square starts to move onto the screen, or when it stops in the middle? doesn't really make a huge difference, just clarifying anyway.

In the single level story mode rules it sais that skipping cutscenes is not allowed. Does this apply to the opening cutscene of the level or just the mid level cutscenes, and if it does apply to the opening cutscene, why?
