GermanyHello everyone. The Skyward Sword HD leaderboards have been created. Before the game's release later this month, the administration will be handed to well known members of the original game's speedrunning Discord.
Categories and rules will be defined by them afterwards. The game's release date will be fixed on release date, as SRC doesn't allow to set a date in the future.

I was wondering if it was possible to allow Series Moderators to set the Game Type setting for new games. As we are allowed to create new games now and are more frequently asked to handle game requests within our franchises, it seems like it would make good sense to allow us to set that setting. Any chance?

currently, we have 6 different regions on SRC for leaderboards. USA / NTSC EUR / PAL JPN / NTSC CHN / iQue KOR / NTSC BRA / PAL
With the new set of old gamecube games coming out for the Nvidia Shield in China, "CHN / iQue" is not really correct anymore. Since iQue is it's own platform / console here and could be used that way on the OoT leaderboards, would it be possible to rename "CHN / iQue" to "CHN / PAL"? This way, it could be categorized properly on the Twilight Princess leaderboards.

Heya guys,
ZeldaSpeedRuns is holding another Online Marathon this year, starting August 11th.
We want to show the world how Zelda Speedrunning is done and hope that you guys will be a part of it. So far, most Zelda games already got a submission in and will be there, but we want every game to have a shot. I personally love ALBW runs for their special flair and would miss it quite a bit.
Maybe one of you wants to give it a shot? Submissions are still open till July 15th.

I came across a kinda disturbing problem in the guides section.... Emotes are shown by default and apparently there's no way around it. There are several points in our guides (which get autoconverted to BBCode) where this leads to trouble, would it be a big thing to give us the chance of disabling them? Maybe we could at least have a Prefix for Twitch Emotes, cause for example the word "Cannon" prints out an Emote for now.
I just think there's no need at all for Emotes in Guides, right? Thanks in advance!

Edit: On a sidenote....the embed limit got increased to 20 videos for us. Could we try 30 now? Seems to be super stable.
Edit 2: Sorry...don't want to do 3 threads in a row. Guides are sorted by last update date. Is there a chance we can change this to alphabetic order? Else we can't really sort our guides at all.

while thinking about reorganising the Guides section for the The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess we came across the idea of having different sub folders / categories under guides so we could make it more clear and less confusing. We'd like to divide the guides section into stuff like "Routes, Sequence Breaks, Techniques, Dungeons, Bosses" (having the different guides / explanations there) or just have those different categories customizable in the navigation menu on the left.
Is there a chance for us to customize this more, maybe via the Page Themes we already have? It would make organizing a lot of guides like we have for TP (>60) way easier and more newcomerfriendly cause just having them listed all together in one list is just not very feasible if you cover everything the game offers.
We would great appreciate something along these lines.
