I've found that mostly only happens if the game prompts you to change your brightness when you start. What I do is close the app and restart it when it says that. Idk what that happens but as long as you don't get the brightness prompt when you start the game you're good.

The bad thing about save warping on console is that playing on the current patch makes loading longer than driving. I've only tested savewarping on the trevor% run, but its possible save warping could be worth it in other parts of the game.
