Some runs don't meet the rule

You need to stand on every highest point or at least your feet need to touch it.

In the two videos above, player 3 is on the wall before player 1. However, the rules say "Spawn displacement is not allowed". Is anything what they do other than Player 1 allowed to do so long as it is not caught on Player 1's camera? What's more, if two people play together, they cannot.
