Yeah. I am learning a game right now with about 65 runs submitted, and only about 20 use a strat that saves a lot amount of time, it is just hard as it's 2 frame perfect multiple inputs within about 2 seconds, plus RNG manipulation on top of it. So people didn't start doing it for all runs until about 1 or 2 years ago, and the run I want to see uses it and is a few years old, also one of the slowest times using it. Makes me want to see any differences or possible noob safe strats I may be able to use, but can't watch it.

I'm gonna message him, and if he declines then that's suspect, maybe i'll bring it up in the discord. The dude isn't a very popular streamer, so I am surprised he has subs at all really. Just annoying to the community, also something pretty useful for anyone looking to do some splicing. Usually runs are approved immediately, so an audio analysis couldn't be done unless a mod was able to download it when it was submitted, witch is ridiculous.

Yeah, exactly my thought, throw your run on youtube. If that's not the case, perhaps if a moderator asks them to or take away the paywall they should comply, or else that's sketchy. Plus it kinda makes the game less accessible for beginners as they don't have as much material to learn from.

Ok, just randomly thought of this. I went to go watch a run because I never watched the runner before, it's a game I almost have the whole route down for, so I'm not watching the best runners in the game all the time. So when I click on a vid to watch of a runner who is about average (way better than me) you cannot view his run unless subbing on twitch for 5.99 or 4.99. That's fine and all, however I thought of some reasons why that may not be so good, mainly cheaters.

With more and more people cheating, if they submit a run and get verified, then put a paywall to it, nobody else will ever see that run, thus being able to hide there dirty work behind a paywall. I am not accusing the person I was just about to watch a run for, however if many cheaters have done this in the past they never would have been caught.

Edit-Also to my understanding the sub benefits are defined by the streamer, except the OG emotes. So is it ethical to make your vods sub only when you submit runs? When the communities usually assume you can watch the runs, should they throw them on youtube? or just once the mods see it, it's good? Any thoughts? I know all game a different, proof standards and communities all have their own written, and even just moral code, however this little thing just occurred to me, may be a loop hole for cheaters.

LOL a month later and seems nobody has or is gonna use it. lololollol. Well it's usefull for certain things, Leader Skill is what I have been using for the 4th turn transformation almost always does a second super on that turn while against 1 enemy, always against more. For the power even before turn 4 is good damage and decently fast animations, the stomp is fast asf, I been using him with LR Boujack and it's been a good mix up for once.

I'm surprised how easy the grind was to get him awakened. Also sucks kind of, I need to grind Broly from the Movie story challenge thing to get his SA higher, I doubt I will pull another. Got him on a single out of 4 one day and 3 the next and all terrible until him. I was being dumb not saving stones, was about to buy some, I stoped doing that like a year ago. Then got him on single summon with Yamcha and kid trunks their flying in, only went ssj (only have gone ssj3 once ssj2 twice the last at least 10 banner summons, thankfully not multi summons like I usually do). I haven't even used him, but saw some videos and he was hitting hard af.

Maybe making everything that is permanent and will always come back at some time a category. Then people here need to submit even if a run isn't the best, or maybe even optimal, just so others see and feel like they can compete. All the stages in Buu event or the 1st buu stage all difficulties, with timer running through menue counting so teams are set up, and settings to have friends pop up 1st will affect the time, instead of only using in game timer. That way more skill or at least more elements of skill or speed/scrolling ect. are involved, making a small difference, but a difference not only based on the cards you have. That's a huge reason why people probably don't post.

Just thinking, how to get more people to join.

I know what you mean and I haven't had time to do that yet, so much grinding from a break. EMore categorys more comfortable people will be in different areas. This should have more people, and if anything will bring people it's things that will either help them play like resources, or a category that more people can participate in.

Yea, I just watched 3rd place and they used a realm of gods team and never even built one, I took long break, few months after the category's were added to units. So before they became the statdard or right around when they started to develop into the meta I stopped. I'm back, and taking a break doesn't mean I don't have tons of good units. Just farming is needed. 3rd place Boss Rush only differemce is I never awoken the lead Goku Ultra Instinct. I didn't think the catagorys were going to play such a large role so quickly, and was doubting it would be the unit it is, because everyone got basically. I have tons of other great units, and just need to test many teams. With the right RNG, order of attckers, I should be able to get a good time or decent enough to post the run with a mixed custom team. Now that i'm only missing Majin Vegeta, Goku Vegeta and just a couple other, base units to LR's. unit. I just need to grind, or get a time post it grind and PB.

Currently been messing around with intelligence SSJ2 Gohan LR idk if I have it optimized, with my units. I just pulled 7 crazy units today and 2 days ago, so I have a lot of testing to do. Finially pulled tech ssj 4 Gojeta, LR Broly (couple of them), INT SSJ Vegeto and more. Phone just died but pulled another fuion Vegeto or Gogeta idr everything, too much hype. I have good units, but lack medals, just grinding in the game is hard for me to keep up with. I think i'll be much more motivated I found it's ran and the easiest game to get into if you play it already (my opinion). Whenever I post my first run, it would be awesome if someone would look at all my units if I scroll through them before the run, and give me input on what to grind and possible optimizations.

IDK if im considered an expert lol, I barley have ran it, but have good units and a friend runs it on twitch but, has not submitted anything. Once I have more time I will, record runs. (i play on my phone and record with visor and quality is bad) Also want to grind medals a bit first I just got 3 new units that are godly, need to research if they will work with my LR gohan and other units, also need to grind out some medals, for optimal times. Runs will be submitted soon, just started playing daily about a week ago after a break, only because I discovered it was ran. Plus I own domains and some are up right now, I write a draft and plug myslef.

I'm wondering the same. I want to run on one of my 2ds' or 3ds or even a modded DSi but cannot find any info, someone asked else where and they were told to ask the mods. I just tried that, however there isn't a feature to send direct messages. Unless you go on discord. I'm going to run it eventually on VC and submit it, if it's turned down whatever I'll put it on my youtube channel, until it is allowed. Not enough people have tried, or submitted any runs, it's to new for such a small community, most people running already had the hardware to run it other wise. I don't like playing GB games on emu unless it's on my wii.

LOL I'm pretty new here first forum post, my last visit I learned of Dokkan Speedruns, and just was checking times out and noticed "where is the logo" lol.

I think Vegeta needs to be included lol or Vegeto/Gogeta
