For the longest time now i have had the potential to get this record. I knew all the best strategies, as showcased in my 33:53 segmented run. I put alot of time into this run and could never seem to be consistent enough. Finally after doing any% for a while, I made a return. After a few days of running, I managed to achieve this as the first run of the day.
