Flycast and DualShock
Would be allowed my Sonic Adventure 2 run with Flycast emulator and DualShock 4 controller?
No only emulator allowed is dolphin. And it has to be a specific version. Go to the rules for specifics. Duelshock controller is allowed on dolphin though.
