I think we should get every runner a Wii U Kappa

I have fully routed all levels. I am just more concerned with any% right now.

What if loading times are not constant though? That's my biggest fear

Wow nice run! I love the new strats! I'll definitely have to implement the shell strat. That will save me an easy 10-15 seconds on top of the 15 seconds or so I lost from being bad at video games. I think sub 23 VC is probably possible now.

We could work together to try to change times but it's up to the runners. Btw Walrus your 1-2 strat was AMAZING I immediately got my first 355 with shell and secret exit.

I think if we wanted to just see who has a better time execution wise we could just add up in game time. It would factor out overworld RNG though

I always love new strats :) I just finished grinding any% for the night. I'm going to try to PB tomorrow. And you can upload whenever you'd like I can't wait to see it! As for the timing issue it's hard for me because I only own the game on wii U. :/

I don't remember what happened in my PB. All I know is that it was sloppy everywhere and I can save like 15+ seconds

I'm totally okay with not saying my runs not a world record if it's not the best run out there. I will remove that title from my run since you have the IGT world record.

Also one factor that you may not have considered is overworld block movements. They can waste a lot of time if you're unlucky.

Thank you for informing me about that. My any% PB is really bad to be honest and it really dosn't deserve to be a world record. However, in most games (from what I've seen) do not ban VC unless decided by the community. I'm sure many people have had better runs than me.

World 1 IW with All Levels route

@LightOfEon compared to greenalink's segmented 100% run my all levels 1-1 was roughly 4.5-5 minutes faster. That is already a very notable time difference.

I vote for any% IW's. IW definition: start from the arrow and finish off the castle boss. No level skipping is allowed.
