Do you need to have splits for the psychonauts 2 speedrun cause your any% rules says video length as a timer is not reliable aka twitch video length

If you can, I would highly recommend using splits, even if it doesn't end up being necessary for verification. The rules are saying that if your video is too choppy or otherwise not smooth enough to retime with, then it can't be used. If you don't have issues with streaming then you probably don't have to worry about this.

You don't need splits but you do need a timer. But I recommend splits because they give you information on how much time you lost/saved and many other useful information.
