Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen Beat Misty

The goal is to beat Misty as fast as possible like the one on the Red/Blue category extensions.

First split at "New Game", last split at first black screen fade out after you beat Misty.

This is my current attempt at running Raticate as an Alt Main. I'm still not quite sure if some of the fights were done correctly by the rules. If this gets rejected I will try to reroute it.
