as far as I can see, skylands is basically the only map with guaranteed NCP for speed strats. Occasionally you'll NCP randomly because the game is shit but yeah.

Also speaking of removing runs you should remove Razor's runs that he posted before he was unbanned too

Okay so a few people mentioned this on discord but nothing happened so:

1. most of Razors WRs are from when he was banned, which he shouldn’t be able to submit runs until after he was unbanned

2. Cerdax is on the ban list, but he is in TH warper, is that even allowed? lol

If there was a DE server made, would you still verify speed runs for the maps? Also I was on a cruise so I was updating it when I’d change countries and now I’m lazy to change back lol

I just decided to go on DE for nostalgia, and realized that the door toggling strat which I believe some WRs May use is no longer possible, so there should probably be penalties added to any runs that use this lol

I guess I'm a little late to the discussion, but I guess I'd agree with Fatty on this one.

If you guys are gonna implement an Any%, I wouldn't make it a standard category, rather a subcategory for leaper (really the only one that would need to menu grab as Disruptor gets blocks, Warper IS an exploit category, DIgger gets blocks too, and Helpless menu grabbing is just kitless solo).

Here's another alternative: Replace Exploit/NE with Any% for the exploit category, and allow the exploited times to use the menu grabbing, as menu grabbing is an exploit, so there isn't really a counterargument to add it to exploits.

I would NOT suggest flat out allowing it as the main category like Fatty said, it would just devalue all the runs by up to 1 second.

I don't think that he meant "rules for disruptor" and warper is probably the most complicated category rule-wise. Anyways, Warper is a flat out exploit category, using as many people for leaps and warps to get the fastest time possible.

So...shouldn't menu grabbing be allowed?? Anyways I thought it was allowed (lol) and tbh I used it in the THV Warper Run without thinking about it. If it's apparently not allowed you should probs penalize us up to .5

There's already kitless solo, Disruptor pretty much covers it, warper technically allows any exploits so I guess it's fine for that, but not for leaper or helpless, low pingers already have enough trouble making leaps, we don't need to give high pingers an aid for double menu grabbing...and digger is restricted to 6 blocks for a reason, we don't need to allow extra placements.

It really only makes sense to allow it for Kitless, Disruptor, and warper imo

It's nice to see who are the best DE'ers but this seems like it turned into a popularity contest, and also the contestants aren't fair. Lots of them haven't even been in the WR book, and some who have been in the WR book (COUGH Flare and Super) aren't even in the contest...I'm sorry but how is WindMark tied for 2nd with Tristan...it seems like you just put commonly known speedrunners plus a few of your friends in this?

@TechNation, when someone has a ghost client and they use .05x timer (probably even less than that), you can't check his igt and frames. The run itself wasn't actually sped up or frame cut, but he used a client to gain some time. The bits of evidence that the mods have pointed out seem pretty valid. Also have you even seen his leaps? His flat leaps look twice as fast and they go like 2 blocks further lmao

And if the mods would decide to screenshare him, @Cerdax would just turn the ghost client off or something so he wouldn't get caught. It's for the best that he's banned, just too bad he won't speak up about it to shorten his ban.
