shouldn't there be a category for just one controller?
I think it's unfair for players who play on 1 controller to be in the same category as those who play with 2
Or am I wrong?
You're not the only one to think this way, but unfortunately you are in the minority here. Most LEGO speedrunners have accepted the 1p2c way of running. There have been some games that had (some might still have) a 1p2c variable, but those have mostly faded away.
