Let me get started in saying we are excited to see what the community has found in the last 2 weeks, so let us finally open the flood gates. For our console players unfortunately since you are on outdated patches we will ask that you show your accessibility screen in the main menu before every run. We have spoken to Tom and had a UI added recently that has made its way into PC version but not consoles yet so to keep this a fair playing ground we ask you show this screen before each run so we can verify everyone is playing with the same game settings. We hope the next console patches will be released soon, which will show your version number in the speedrun mode menu and display accessibility UI in-game. Till then, I have confirmed with Tom what each console revision is currently running and added them to the list. Keep in mind if you post a time that uses patched tech we will verify your run, but it'll be moved over to the any% legacy leaderboards, which will hold times achieved on older patches or patched tech.

Hello everyone I want to start off saying I'm excited to see everyone enjoying the game so far I know we've been dying inside in anticipation. With that said we have a to wait a little longer before we open the flood gates for submissions, we will be officially opening the flood gates for submission on August 25th, this will give people time to explore the game and come up with some interesting routes to post. This will also give us some time to work on rules set for the No Major Glitch categories and vote on which glitches are considered minor or major. How To Install:

1. Extract Content of zip to any directory.
2. Download / Install dotnet Core 3.1 - https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-core/thank-you/runtime-desktop-3.1.3-windows-x64-installer
3. Open SRTHost folder and Open SRTHost64.exe
4. Run Resident Evil 7, SRTHost should detect version being run.
5. In obs folder there is a folder called RE7 inside of there is a web widget package for the srt host you can use this in either OBS with a web browser source or just open the html file in your local browser app to view the overlay outside of obs.

Hi as everyone probably knows Low% leaderboards are the hardest to get working correctly on almost any board i've seen that allows for submission for multiple % amounts so we need a way to sort by first % or items collected then by time after that otherwise the leaderboards just keep getting confused how to determine when another run has better parameters, example i have a 10 and 12% run submit for Axiom Verge but it still thinks my 12% is better since it has the better time but in reality the 10% is better and should be shown instead at the top.
