Added GamerThom's new strategy of using F4 for looking at the map, that in itself saves no time but it permits using OPE[F3] later. Also moved to playing in QuanVM (Chuck told me it was okay), probably a tiny bit faster than DOSBox though my main hope with the move was that this crappy desktop wouldn't lag or eat inputs as badly there. (No such luck.)

Goes somewhere very near the top of my most medically ill-advised grinds, my right ring finger was already messed up going in and sent twangs of pain on every input. Strat was to mash keys until it went numb. Children are not advised to imitate.
