Hi guys I'm new to speedrunning and Speedrun.com so I'm not too sure how this works, I started playing Only Up a couple days ago and have gotten a 20:38. Does the video of that need to have my keyboard and mouse showing on screen with all my inputs as I have seen a couple speedrunners with this but I didn't know whether it was necessary or not, thanks.

whether you want to play with inputs or not its your choice after all, if you feel comfortable with it then go.

You don't need to show your keybinds/mouse movements.

You do if u submit on any % unrestricted just got denied for not having it :/

Like any skill-based game, practice is essential. The more you play Only Up, the better you will become at judging distances, timing jumps, and reacting to obstacles. @Tomb of the Mask
