Hello I'm the only runner of this category. So about stats , you need to play like a orc (high elf can be faster since the 1st Alduin fight can't be done faster). In this run we use a lot of flames. We don't level up in the speedrun so there's no stats in this run. In the first dungeon you will only use flames and take the sword from the boss at the end of bleak falls barrow.You equip the sword to kill the 1st dragon and 2nd dragon + the fights into the thalmor embassy (also favorite berserker rage for all the dragons unless odahviing, and in the embassy). When you learn Whirlwind sprint you'll also favorite him the same thing for Clear Skies, because for the way to paarthurnax you need to switch clear skies from whirlwind sprint Then you'll equip dragonbane (in place from the 1st sword) for the rest of the game.

I suggest you to use flames into the hotkey 1 for flames Also the 1st sword on the same hotkey as the dragonbane sword ( you don't need to unfavorite the 1st sword before using dragonbane)

The rules for glitchless are pretty simple: -No OOB and any kind of clipping -No objet jumping (bucket jump, yolo bucket) -No use of quicksave/quickload for skipping dialogs -No use of unlimited stamina (torch glitch)
