3:3x is doable, main timelosses are first blj and bowser throws

I think it would be faster to do freezy peaks at the rim blj before doing the blj to bowser 1, but it was too hard to get the star consistent and annoying to get a good blj after it, xcam is like .2 slower (on average) but doing the death used in 1 star would be faster than doing sideflip wk gp 3 times

Mod note: There seems to be a slight audio desync, try fixing that next time
