I am unsure how the rules for 100% should work. I think it would make most sense to have it be all Secret Gifts which are easily verifiable from end game screen. If 100% is going to include all collectibles I think verification of runs will be unnecessarily long due to having to watch the entire thing. I did collect every item and Secret for this run because I was unsure. I will attempt more runs once there is more clarification.
