There are Goron Race Bottle and Beaver Bottle categories on https://www.speedrun.com/mmextras#Items, they start from right after you get Deku Mask and end when you collect the bottle. If that's what you're looking for

That would definitely be neat, I've been meaning to come back to this game at some point and do a few more runs. I know we've had one runner experiencing longer load times which puts them at a disadvantage, IGT would help mitigate that
Turbo category is hard to watch for a lot of people because it goes so fast. It's also more difficult to execute for similar reasons. There's also some slight differences in some strategies between the two, for example wasting turns with Turbo (e.g. Angelica fight) is faster with spamming attacks, on No Turbo it's faster to use the Move command.
We don't care about intention in glitchless. If we did, we wouldn't allow things like skipping half of Inverted Stone Tower Temple with a sidehop. Good luck on runs though!
Due to a new glitch found called Equip Swap, you're able to skip hookshot which was one of the main timelosses for English. Then combined with other English-only tricks like Mikau cutscene skip and a faster Turtle Cutscene Skip, English is about 20s faster optimally. It's a small difference however, only worth it for the high level players.
Regarding glitches, GCN has Japanese weirdshots so you don't have to worry about weirdshot crashing.
I can confirm the GV-USB2 works on Windows 10. However it does not work on normal OBS for me, only Studio.
If you've slashed your sword, then at that point it's all up to your timing. If you're up against a wall, you only have a few frames to pull a chu and shield after backflipping. If you can't seem to press the buttons fast enough, try putting chus on a different button.
Yes, Project 64 1.6 is allowed. I've been using it for my own runs lately. Emulator runs aren't shown by default though, you have to filter to show them.
Is there a lagless patched version for this game like Super Mario 63 or a way to run it virtually lagless? I've done a run of both 32 Orb and 55 Orb but lost some time due to lag (especially in 55 Orb). For reference, I had just downloaded the swf and played it in Firefox.
Request was accepted! Submitted my run :D http://www.speedrun.com/zroth#100
'Sup guys, I'm Zunar. I've been watching speedruns for a while (mostly GDQs) and I thought I'd join the site.
I'm pretty new to speedruns, but I'm thinking about getting into them. I actually did a speedrun of an obscure Zelda fangame that isn't in the game list, but I've done some practice with some Majora's Mask tech so if I were to start speedrunning it would probably be my first "official" game.
Anyway, hope I can fit in and be a part of the community!
