You can buffer the intro, Press Select while on the Start option, then buffer alternating start and select until you're in the level.

You can also hold select after hitting the last gas can in each level, then switch to start when it goes black to buffer the level intro screen.

I have some locations of booster spawns and such but I have to map them out. Will do that soon~
