Hello!

I am new to the community, but I've been a big fan of botw speedruns particularly 100 and have learned a lot reading through guides here.

I do have a question I've been struggling to find an answer for.

I've noticed runners will look through their scope when picking up rocks and they seem to run faster while holding the rock. How exactly is this done?

I apologize if this has been addressed and I missed it. I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to find a guide on it.
