How strict are the requirements for naming the anomalies? Does the runner have to say a specific phrase for each one, or is there a "close enough" at the judge's discretion?
"Close enough" is fine.
Word, word + location, word + what happened
However, some anomalies cannot be understood with just a word, so please explain the word + what happened in this case.
