Isn't stadia just playing the game online from a PC somewhere else?

Sounds like this category would literally just be NG+ ILs with arbitrary rules. I don't see the point?

My vote is that the categories should most definitely be split. Considering more people run/race no manip, it seems silly to have it just be a sub-category since times will still be listed alongside runs with manip. However, I disagree with the idea that "Legacy%" should be listed under misc considering it's the most popular way to play the game. The boards should be something like this:

• Any% [RNG Manip allowed]
• Any% (No RNG Manip)
• New Game+ Misc:
• World Tournament
• 100%

Move it to misc.

I personally don't think he cheated his artifact drops rate.
