Hey thanks for the response :) i watched the tendril barrage glitch, will try to follow it at some point, think im going to finally beat the first game fully so i have all abilities to start testing animation clips, tried within the tutorial mission to clip through to no avail, perhaps if i dodged the ability triggers there i could get something to happen haha

Fond memories of this game... id say the first actually gory game i ever played on xbox 360 as a young teen!

I sadly never got past the mission you have to protect a building by fighting off enemies as i was increasingly frustrated by friendly fire damage being enabled on it.

I managed to beat the sequel though XD

Looking at the other forum posts there doesn't seem to be a lot of glitches so i think im going to try and find some... i remember getting out of bounds a lot consistently somewhere in the game, if i can find that place again and remember just how or where i got out of bounds i would love to relive that :)

If i find any outof bound triggers i'll post here, Hope to see more runners for this game in the future as just the movement of the character felt soo fast and fluid back then :)

@Speedrun09 and @modularized i've been looking at sm64 for awhile now, personally i will have to get used to the games movement, everytime i've tried to play sm64 i just felt like i was experiencing 5 seconds of lag/ mario moving through treacle aha its on my list to do runs for it though haha i remember everytime i went to the hospital as a kid it was a 50/50 of sm64 and pikmin being in the waiting area to play, i sucked at both XD

Just wanted to post a routing progress video where i made it to the Port-a-diner in under 4 minutes and a run i did that i was happy with knocking 4mins off my PB due to getting the pie in 3 trys, if you look at 4:58 in the second video you will see that the crane moves slightly to the right before it descends which indicates, you will win the pie on that turn!

Please let me know if you run this, its a chill speedrun as long as you dont go too far right and stumble into a Yao guai when running there XD

Note this would probably also need a PS2 and Wii only tag as im pretty sure the area you abandon the valley from, is where you link the gba game to the gamecube version.

Hello, just wondering if an any% category would be available without a child option? seeing as the special edition allows you to straight up abandon the game in its entirety by leaving Forgetmenot valley.

I have linked an any% run i just finished, using pcsx2 1.6.0 all default settings for the PS2 special edition version.

Obviously time can be saved on this but just did it to show the concept for now, for some reason my character will not run when the camera is facing where they are going so that is why i got a little turned around navigating backwards aha.

Let me know what you think, if not any% maybe abandon%?

Hello, i want to start running the epsxe 1.9.0 version but im having a hard time finding the graphics plugins to set up epsxe 1.9.0 since its official site download doesnt package those in, i have the bios already, just wondering if anyone knows where to look for the correct config files for the run.

Hey just wondering what people thought of a ppp% run? would start as coming out of vault and the goal would be to grab a perfectly preserved pie glitchless and without the 100% nuka junkyard dropping machine? going to run it myself for fun but would love to see others run it too for a wind down run after a long day of running.
